B.G.S. series gas burners are blast burners specifically designed for baking use and therefore to power Rotary and Cyclothermic ovens. These are ultra-silent burners, in terms of noise both in the bakery and at the bottom of the chimney, i.e. externally – the noise is actually only a few, negligible decibels. This is due to the special ventilation system, designed for low pressure delivery to the combustion head and high air flow rate.
The mixing head is calibrated for optimum air-gas mixing and is self-cleaning, so any flour suctioned during operation does not clog the fuel and combustion air ways. This benefits the carburetion, which remains stable over time, and the flame always burns softly for maximum performance, offering superb qualities that also enhance baking.
B.G.S. burners are delivered complete with the gas ramp installed and connected. The sliding fixing flange is universal for easy connection and the multiple plug facilitates removal from the electrical system. These special details make installation and maintenance quicker and easier.
All B.G.S. burners are fire-tested and calibrated prior to delivery, and of course meet the GAR Regulation (EU) 2016/426 and have passed a number of strict tests performed by the Certification Body, MTIC InterCert, which issued the CE marking for operation with all kinds of gas fuels including municipal gas, natural gas and LPG.
