Ideal for wood-burning ovens with internal diameter from 100 cm to 160 cm.
It is tailored to the height of the oven floor, in which a Ø 150 mm hole must be drilled in order to insert the flange with thermal steel tube that protrudes 2-3 cm above the baking floor to protect the burner.
The Drago D2 is equipped with safety appliances that are certified worldwide: it has two on-off type dual gas seal solenoid valves and a flame ignition and control unit that works on an ionisation principle, guaranteeing the best safety standards available on the market today.
Drago D2 has two torches. The burner works on low and high flame and each torch has independent combustion air control to ensure full brightness, thus simplifying oven management and offering considerable fuel savings.
The control panel is the NEW Drago Control, a highly evolved control unit designed to manage temperatures in relation to the technical specifications of wood-burning ovens. Simple and intuitive to use, it prevents pizzas from being burnt and guarantees constant output quality and considerable fuel savings. The temperature inside the oven can be checked on the red display at any time, while the green display is used to check and vary the baking temperature setpoint simply and easily. Drago Control has a BOOSTER function for the high flame, specifically designed to bake Neapolitan-style pizza, as it gives the oven a boost for a set time prior to baking, with automatic switch-off.
DRAGO D2 REVERSE FLAME MODEL
DRAGO D2 is available in reverse flame model for ovens where it is not possible to drill a hole beneath the baking floor. In this case the 150 mm hole can be made on the side wall of the oven. Instead of Drago Control, a manual control panel without temperature control can be installed.
