- Steel pilot flame unit correctly positioned inside the furnace – avoid burners which, even today and against all logic, have external pilot flames burning between the torches under the floor.
- Automatic control and manual reset of proper draught of the oven chimney, also fitted to avoid the vacuum effect that could occur in the bakery.
- Dual class A solenoid valves in series for maximum fuel seal safety.
