ELLEGAS, presented here, is an atmospheric burner specifically designed for conventional L-shaped ovens with side furnace.
ELLEGASis made to measure in two versions – with front or side ashpan in relation to the tubes to be heated.
These conventional ovens are built to be heated by wood or coal: that’s why they need a vertical flame also when working with gas. Only the vertical flame allows for uniform heating of all the tube heads in the oven, without any dispersion onto the surrounding refractory materials, to ensure maximum fuel savings.
The special diffusion flame created by the mixing torches, along with the division of the gas ramp into four sectors, each controlled from the outside, ensures smooth, even baking as well as a very short time for the baking chambers to reach working temperature.
The ELLEGASburner ignites completely automatically and in two phases: when the thermostat is closed, the pilot flame positioned at the centre of the four sectors of the gas ramp ignites. After a delay of a few seconds, the main burner ignites safely, silently and progressively.
ELLEGASdoes not stress the furnace, which remains unaltered over time, while routine maintenance costs have been virtually eliminated, as the special air-gas mixing torches are self-cleaning. This offers general economic advantages for companies installing ELLEGAS, allowing them to amortise their purchase very quickly.
ELLEGAS is the ONLY burner with dual AUTOMATIC – MANUAL operation to guarantee baking also in the event of a power or equipment failure. In practice, it is as if TWO BURNERS were installed in the oven in a single casing, offering all the associated advantages.
